Challenge
Creative Beyond was approached by the EPCC to redesign and recommend some improvements to the usability of the current Web site.

Solution
Creative Beyond redesigned and redeveloped the entire Web site to:

• Provide users only the content and functionality that they need and use.
• Improve Usability: Build the site so that users can easily learn how to operate it and use it efficiently.
• Increase Maintainability: Build the site so that changes to content and functionality are quick and easy to make.
• Enhance Extensibility: Build the site so that new functionality can easily be added without negatively affecting the way the rest of the site works.
• Improve Look and Feel: Create the site so it is visually appealing—to make it look fresh and new— in order to encourage users to visit the site.
