Challenge
Science Alberta Foundation (SAF) was looking to redesign and redevelop their current semi- manual online booking system. The booking system needed to be as fully automated as possible with 0 duplication errors.

The booking system is accessed by teachers throughout the province of Alberta. The teachers book specific science crates for a 2.5 week duration. There are a limited number of crates available and heavy turnover.

Solution
Creative Beyond built a streamlined, robust booking system that was fully automated. The system allowed teachers from all over alberta to login, select the desired crate and view availability, book the crate for the available time slot, option to use a gift certificate, and check out. Once a teacher books a crate, the system is configured to work with UPS to handle the delivery of the crate to the specific teacher.

For the staff at SAF, an administration section was built to run several different types of reports.

The look and feel was designed to appeal to both teachers and students as well as reflect the brand that SAF has created.
